Abstract

L'équilibre des rapports de force résiste-t-il aux fusions internationales ? La création d'EADS, en 2000, symbolisait l'entente économique parfaite entre la France et l'Allemagne : direction bicéphale, parité actionnariale et principe de symétrie scrupuleusement respectés, tout était pensé pour assurer la pérennité de ce modèle d'équilibre européen. Six ans après, on ne peut que constater un véritable cafouillage dans cette conception fusionnelle de l'Europe. Quelles forces centrifuges ont fait exploser ce bel ensemble ? L'équilibre des rapports de pouvoir n'a pas résisté aux valeurs de référence de chacun des deux peuples. Et la dispersion géographique n'a fait que renforcer les modes de pensée « nationaux ».
