Abstract

Within the context of the alarming raise of children obesity, different measures have been taken in France by Government. Among these measures, the National Nutrition and Health Program recommend to have a healthy food intake and a regular physical activity. As a result, food companies are pressured to introduce healthy components in their recipe while keeping in mind the greedy aspect of the product. Within this framework, the objective of this paper is to give evidence of the confrontation of pleasure products against TV health warnings. We also study the impact of these health warnings on children attitude.
