Abstract

Constatant un glissement des activités opérationnelles ressources humaines vers les encadrants, cet article cherche à mesurer, par une analyse terrain, les critères qui délimitent les champs d'activités, d'autonomie et de responsabilité de chaque partie prenante (fonction ressources humaines et managers) dans les processus ressources humaines. Ce travail permet en conséquence de mieux définir les compétences du manager pour une collaboration efficace.
