Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier la question du développement d'une firme entrepreneuriale de haute technologie (startup) au travers de l'apprentissage multi-projets. Dans une première partie nous présentons le cadre théorique que nous utilisons en faisant appel à la littérature sur la décision entrepreneuriale, la gestion multi-projets et l'identité organisationnelle des stratups. Dans une seconde partie nous présentons deux cas d'étude - Numérical, entreprise spécialisée dans les logiciels pour téléphones mobiles; Novociné, spécialisée dans le cinéma numérique - au moyen de notre cadre théorique. Enfin dans une troisième partie, et conformément à l'orientation inductive de cette recherche, les résultats de cette étude comparative nous amènent à proposer des hypothèses concernant les mécanismes organisationnels d'un développement robuste basé sur un apprentissage multi-projet.
