Abstract

Il est de important de distinguer entre une acception domestique et une acception publique de type socio-économique du care, cette acception permettant de fonder la relation de service par référence à une pratique du taking care qui rapproche le care public du stewardship ou encore à une relecture de la conception de l'efficacité en la focalisant sur l'attention et non pas seulement sur le montant des fonds et du temps consacré à une activité. Il faut encore ajouter l'existence d'une conception globaliste du care selon laquelle il faut prendre soin de la planète, des personnes et des ressources. Ne doit-on pas souligner la centralité du care quand il entre en phase avec le développement durable dans la mesure où il y est question d'équité intra- et inter- générationnelle de façon opérationnelle, perspective sans laquelle ce programme est voué à l'abstraction. Son importance n'est pas non plus à démontrer comme appartenant aux fondamentaux d'une économie sociale et solidaire.
