Abstract

A la demande d'une entreprise confrontée au besoin de réfléchir à son identité et à son fonctionnement collectif, nous sommes intervenus dans une phase de diagnostic visant à caractériser les problèmes rencontrés et à apporter des pistes de réflexion pour les résoudre. Ce diagnostic a été réalisé dans le cadre d'un projet portant sur l'amélioration du processus de satisfaction client de l'entreprise. Nous avons proposé une démarche transdisciplinaire intégrant des points de vue issus des approches en sciences de gestion et des points vue issus du génie industriel, à travers une vision systémique qui a permis de requalifier les besoins exprimés par l'entreprise. La démarche ainsi mise en œuvre a permis de construire des interviews à l'aide de questionnaires mixtes puis de réaliser une analyse enrichie par rapport aux démarches mono-disciplinaires et d'aboutir à des conclusions dont certaines prenaient à contrepied les croyances des responsables de l'entreprise. Ce travail a été riche d'enseignements tant pour l'entreprise que pour les deux intervenants.
