Abstract

Après quelques précisions sur la notion de contrat (et de ses corrélats, l'agence mais aussi le don, l'échange et l'association) et un panorama des contrats à épithète, les deux dimensions du contrat (social et psychologique) seront alors abordées avant d'en effectuer la comparaison sur la base de deux anthropologies, celle de l'individu et celle du contrat.
