Abstract

Les développements de ce texte abordent successivement la notion de métaphore, de métonymie et des autres figures de style, dans les rapports que ces figures de style tressent avec les modèles organisationnels, métaphores et références venant conduire à souligner l'importance des relations qui s'établissent entre représentations et comportement organisationnel. Ils évoqueront donc le statut de l'analogie en sciences des organisations. Ces différentes figures reposent en quelque sorte sur une dualité entre des figures de style et des figures de l'Autre que l'on analysera principalement au travers des raisonnements en figures et configurations
