Abstract

The project of this text is to draw up the outlines of a relational model of the organization from the duality "trust – cooperation", organizational model which will emphasize the importance of the mutual relations, the cooperation, the association but also its limits. The use of the notion of ‘trust' is mostly made in the ideological perspective of a managerial voluntarism coming to ignore the conflict in the name of the confidence which has then be managed.
