Abstract

L'argumentation de ce texte sera la suivante : après avoir défini ce qu'est la triche, une théorie des organisations, la théorie des parties prenantes, sera examinée sous l'angle qui permet de voir en quoi elle « impense » la triche. La triche, tout comme la conformité, le conformisme, la transgression et la déviance, est un opérateur d'identification du sujet (et non un défaut d'identification puisqu'il s'agit de rester dans le groupe même si c'est pour en contourner les règles à son profit). Et quand il s'agit de contourner des règles de la profession, la triche se trouve positionnée face à la déontologie. La notion a aussi à voir avec les mœurs et les règles.
