Après avoir questionné le fait de savoir s'il ne s'agirait pas d'un modèle anglo-américain, on évoquera la situation "trouble" des ONG, puis un panorama ds "pratiques" en matière de RSE, des modalités d'expression et de contrôle de ces politiques avant de conclure sur les critiques adressées à la RSE
