Abstract

Une nouvelle façon est présentée pour la gestion numérisée d'un service scientifique. Un nouveau logiciel gère les passages aux instruments et fait la facturation aux différents groupes d'utilisateurs. Le logiciel est également utilisé comme cahier électronique pour le suivi de l'appareil. La relation avec la démarche qualité est discuté.
