Abstract

Vous êtes dirigeant de la société de conseil L2C, spécialisée dans les opérations de levée de fonds pour des PME innovantes. Début 2008, vous êtes contacté(e) par le fondateur de la société DISCOV''RIB, Monsieur VINCENT... Monsieur VINCENT a créé DISCOV''RIB en mai 2006 avec comme objectif de concevoir, produire et commercialiser des bateaux semi-rigides innovants. Afin d''accélérer la commercialisation et le développement des produits, il souhaite ouvrir son capital à des investisseurs, tout en restant majoritaire. Monsieur VINCENT fait appel à vos services pour le conseiller et l''accompagner dans les négociations avec des investisseurs que vous aurez préalablement sélectionnés...
