Abstract

L'économie par définition est une notion d'équilibre dans un échhange entre un vendeur et un acheteur. Ceci sous entend que l'acheteur ait les moyens d'acheter et le vendeur des produits ou des services à vendre. Sur le plan de la macro économie il existe un important déséquilibre nord-sud, est - ouest. Des déséquilibres existent également en micro économie: si on prend l'éxemple de la Chine son économie se développe presque exclusivement en externe. Les salaires sont très bas, le marché interne se développe peu, l'activité venant de l'exportation des produits qu'elle fabrique pour eux.
