Abstract

Ce code commenté a été conçu pour les dirigeants de petite entreprise. Il leur donne l'essentiel pour faire face à la complexité du droit (des affaires, du travail, de la consommation, civil, pénal, etc.), et pour éviter les erreurs les plus simples mais aussi les plus courantes.Ce livre est fait pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitués au droit. Il réunit une sélection des articles de loi les plus importants, issus de tous les codes existants et choisis en fonction de leur pertinence pour les entrepreneurs.Ces articles sont présentés dans un ordre managérial, c'est-à-dire selon les problématiques concrètes des dirigeants d'entreprise. Des commentaires explicatifs permettent de comprendre comment la loi s'applique à leur quotidien.
