Abstract

Ce texte consacré à l'analyse de la valeur du travail construite à partir d'une tentative épistémologique de mise en relation de trois catégories de valeurs. Cette tentative est issue de l'utilisation d'un modèle, celui de l'Analyse Décisionnelle des Systèmes Complexes, dont seuls les éléments nécessaires à la compréhension de la démarche sont présentés ici. Ce modèle permet de fonder la définition du concept d'activité. Il servira de base à la représentation de l'homme au travail à partir de la dichotomie activité - pilote. C'est aussi ce modèle qui permettra de construire une classification des valeurs ainsi que la mise en évidence de leur positionnement dans l'organisation. Une interprétation systémique des relations entre les valeurs et leur positionnement par rapport à l'activité sera alors proposée. L'homme au travail, en tant que pilote d'une activité, héritera de ces valeurs.
