Abstract

En analysant le passage de l'intention de transmettre dans la famille à la décision de céder à un tiers, nous avons étudié le changement de processus de transmission, l'évolution des rôles des acteurs et la recherche de compatibilité entre les projets du prédécesseur et ceux des différents repreneurs potentiels (familiaux et non familiaux).
