Les comités stratégiques et l'innovation dans les entreprises françaises

Abstract

Nous étudions l'impact de la composition des comités stratégiques sur la priorité donnée à l'innovation par les entreprises. Nous supposons que l'importance accordée à la connaissance est prioritaire dans les entreprises mettant l'accent sur la R&D. Les caractéristiques de 75 administrateurs membres des comités stratégiques des entreprises à forte innovation sont comparées à celles de 69 administrateurs membres des comités stratégiques des entreprises à faible innovation, toutes étant des sociétés françaises cotées sur le marché parisien.
