Abstract

Lier Ethique et système d'information vient poser trois questions : une très générale au regard de l'appartenance des systèmes d'information à l'univers de la technoscience, une seconde relativement générale aussi sur le lien entre la dimension politique qui se trouve en quelque sorte « recouverte » par la dimension éthique au travers de la notion de démocratie délibérative, une troisième, beaucoup plus contextuelle, qui est liée aux perspectives éthiques spécifiques des systèmes d'information dans les catégories d'une éthique appliquée dont on soulignera en seulement quelques aspects, celui de la sécurité des systèmes d'information lue de façon éthique et celle du respect de la vie privée. Les développements qui suivent feront abstraction des débats sur la définition du système d'information et considéreront cet objet au regard d'une définition large où le système d'information sera vu comme un système socio-technique.
