Abstract

Ce travail visera à réfléchir sur la désinstitutionnalisation7 qui correspond à la supposée prise de distance des individus par rapport aux institutions (école, famille, Etat, par exemple) au nom, entre autres, de l'expérience acquise dans l'acquisition de services marchands qui concerne donc l'institutionnalisation de la thématique du « besoin » comme appartenant légitimement au « Bien Commun ». Cet argument tente d'expliquer la remise en cause du « programme institutionnel » construit par l'effet de combinaison des différentes institutions. Il construit, en regard, le projet d'institutionnalisation de l'organisation sur un argumentaire principalement d'ordre politique afin de prendre de la distance avec la « sociologisation » de la réflexion sur l'institution. En effet, quand on parle d'institutionnalisation de l'organisation, il n'est par pour autant possible de parler de ré-institutionnalisation mais plutôt d'auto-institutionnalisation.
