Abstract

La démonstration proposée dans cet ouvrage va montrer en quoi la question du gouvernement de l'entreprise va de pair avec une perte de représentativité du modèle de l'entreprise-processus dans sa vocation à rendre compte de l'activité de l'entreprise pour le modèle de l'entreprise-profit et les conséquences en termes politiques qui sont à l'œuvre dans ce changement de représentation. Le retour des raisonnements financiers en valeur actuelle et en capitalisation, qui sont les raisonnements liés à la gestion de la rente, vont conduire à mettre en avant la valeur actionnariale dans le cadre de ce second modèle.
