Abstract

Les notions d'entreprise apprenante et de knowledge management prennent aujourd'hui une importance croissante pour les dirigeants, les consultants et les chercheurs. Le but : mieux comprendre et donc mieux gérer les mécanismes d'acquisition et de transformation des connaissances dans les organisations. Et par la même améliorer la capacité à innover. Les auteurs, dans cette optique, présentent ici un modèle de "learning-mix" permettant de prendre en compte et d'articuler l'ensemble des dimensions concernées par le management de l'innovation : technologique, stratégique, organisationnelle et identitaire
