Abstract

About fifteen years ago, the first experiences of what we will call "theatre inside firms" started (Michel Fustier, 1996). Two orientations have been developed, theatre for people within the firm, and theatre for the organisation. In the first case, the use of theatrical techniques contribute to personal development through active training in oral communication or in development of creativity. In the second case, several tools or methods were created including active advisory services on organisational problems. After a description of these two approaches, and their interests and limitations, we will propose a global approach that could help firms in the management of their links with theatre advisers.
