Abstract

La question de l'évaluation de la valeur créée et des progrès réalisés grâce à l'approche du développement durable est une question extrêmement délicate. La difficulté pour les entreprises consiste à pouvoir les apprécier en mesurant les performances économiques, sociales et environnementales. Quelques revues de littérature ont été effectuées sur les outils disponibles pour l'évaluation de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE). Nous proposons dans cet article de nous focaliser sur la mesure de la performance globale des chaînes logistiques en analysant les outils d'évaluation de la performance des entreprises pour les étendre à celle des chaînes logistiques durables.
