Abstract

Le système d'information (S.I.) est abordé dans son évolution récente qui consiste à passer d'une approche de conception fonctionnelle à celle de support de processus. Les principes de la représentation par processus sont examinés à partir des notions de table de routage, de graphe d'activités et par référence à la relation agent/activité. La modélisation des activités est étudiée dans le cas du S.I. de gestion de la productiont en faisant référence à l'avénement du workflow . Ce dernier rend les activités communicantes et favorise la coopération entre les agents du S.I. ce qui nous conduit à aborder les nombreux avantages pour le développement de l'organisation
