Abstract

Pourquoi reprendre ici la question des règles et la manière dont elles jouent ? Parce que nous vivons dans un univers de règles qui nouq contraignent, nous incitent à adopter certains comportements, ne nous empêchent pas d'en adopter d'autres. Les contextes dans lesquels nous jouons avec elles - la vie personnelle, la famille, l'entreprise, les organisations, dont nous faisons partie ou qui nous entourent- sont divers et rendent parfois opaques nos rapports multiples aux règles. Mais aussi parce que les règles font le plus souvent l'objet d'un traitement mono disciplinaire cloisonné. Le droit, l'économie, la sociologie abordent la question des règles de manière propre. Une confrontation de leurs approches apparaît nécessaire et féconde. C'est ce que se propose de faire ce livre.
