Abstract

Aujourd'hui, l'amélioration de la compétitivité se joue aussi dans la qualité des relations qu'élaborent les entreprises avec leurs fournisseurs. Le partenariat constitue désormais une forme de relation plus coopérative qui répond à ces nouvelles exigences. Cependant, l'évaluation et le pilotage de la performance d'une telle relation est un problème complexe. Pour traiter ce problème, il nous a tout d'abord semblé intéressant de l'aborder à travers la notion de confiance, attribut considéré comme indispensable dans la littérature pour la réussite d'une telle relation. Cette approche analytique de la confiance a servi de fondement à une étude empirique réalisée auprès de responsables d'achats. Cette étude avait pour objectif de cerner le degré d'instrumentalisation de la confiance dans la gestion des relations partenariales
