Abstract

Il est devenu commun d'affirmer que c'est au stade de la conception que les services Achats peuvent obtenir les meilleurs gains et dégager la plus grande valeur pour leur entreprise. Cette recherche, de nature exploratoire, débouche sur la proposition d'un outil de gestion permettant d'identifier les différentes problématiques d'intégration des fournisseurs dans le cas spécifique des projets de développement de produits nouveaux (PDPN). Pour chaque type d'intégration identifié, nous proposons d'étudier les modes de coordination mis en oeuvre par le client
