Abstract

D'un point de vue de la stratégisation, la division physique de l'entreprise de services de réseau impose non pas une stratégie, mais des stratégies. Elle nécessite effectivement la délibération d'une stratégie planifiée mais également la possibilité que des idées émergentes puissent être ratifiées «chemin faisant». Ces idées, susceptibles de devenir des stratégies émergentes améliorent la stratégie délibérée au fil des événements conjoncturels, locaux, qui ne peuvent pas toujours être prévus et envisagés.
