Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse l'impact des développements technologiques sur le KM de l'entreprise. Les évolutions technologiques conduisent à multiplier les canaux de diffusion du savoir et les collaborateurs de l'entreprise peuvent accéder de plus en plus facilement , individuellement et en dehors de l'entreprise, à des sources de savoir et des liens d'apprentissage leur permettant de mener un apprentissage individuel de qualité. La nouvelle génération de salariés (les Millenials) change donc radicalement son rapport aux technologies et son rapport au savoir dans l'entreprise. L'enjeu des années à venir sera alors vraisemblablement de redonner du sens et de l'intérêt pour le collaborateur à développer et partager son savoir de façon préférentielle au sein de l'entreprise.
