Abstract

Feldstudien, die in vier Employment-Zonen – Haguenau und Wissembourg im Elsass sowie Beaune und Chalon-sur-Saône in Burgund – durchgeführt wurden, veranschaulichen nicht nur die Bedeutung von Leih- bzw. Zeitarbeitsfirmen bei der Vermittlung von Dienstleistungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, sondern auch die Entstehung und Entwicklung dieser Gebiete. Um dem zunehmenden Arbeitkräftemangel entgegen zu wirken sowie dem Wunsch der Unternehmen nach nachhaltiger Personalbeschaffung und sofort einsatzfähigen Arbeitskräften nachzukommen, bieten Leih- bzw. Zeitarbeitsfirmen immer häufiger berufliche Weiterbildungs- und Anpassungsmaßnahmen an. Dadurch verstärken diese Zeitarbeitsfirmen nicht nur die Bedeutung ihrer Vermittler-Rolle, sondern auch die der Humanressourcen innerhalb eines Gebiets.
