Abstract

L'introduction d'un outil à fort contenu de connaissance introduit un changement majeur dans l'organisation, il redéfinit les rôles et recompose l'organisation autour de son usage. La conception d'un tel outil et son insertion dans le fonctionnement organi-sationnel pose des problèmes que nous allons aborder ici à travers un exemple de réali-sation de Système à Base de Connaissances dans un organisme financier. Nous recour-rons et à l'analyse de l'activité située pour comprendre la logique du métier et des tâches concernés par le système.
