L'évolution de l'emploi dans les centres sociaux : quelle interprétation ?

Abstract

Dans un domaine où la littérature est quasi inexistante,c et article met à la disposition du lecteur les résultats d'une étude approfondie des pratiques d'emploi et de gestion dans les Centres sociaux. Ce travail fournit des éléments d'observation précieux à la réflexion sur l'économie sociale et solidaire. Structures d'animation culturelle et ssociale, les Centres sociaux sont ggérés sous des formes diverses, par des associations, des municipalités, ou des caisses d'allocations familiales. L'examen comptable et financier fait conclure à des performances différenciées de ces trois formes de gestion, à l'avantage de la gestion associative. Mais dans les trois cas on remarque une même segmentation de l'emploi entre un noyau de permanents, un second cercle de saisonniers et un concours plus limité de volontaires ou bénévoles.
