Abstract

Sur des marchés saturés comme l'est typiquement le marché européen, l'avantage compétitif se construit par différenciation et focalisation croissante des produits, et également par un renouvellement fréquent des produits dans le but d'anticiper les tendances, réagir avant les autres aux signaux souvent imprévisibles des marchés instables, intégrer au plus tôt les innovations techniques porteuses d'économies afin de résister à la guerre des prix sur des marchés de plus en plus globaux.
