Abstract

La théorie économique de la concurrence présente les entreprises en situation d'égalité : maîtrisant les mêmes processus de production, elles ont besoin des mêmes quantités de travail et de capital pour arriver à des produits identiques. Pourtant, dans la vie quotidienne des affaires, certaines entreprises sont plus performantes que d'autres, au point qu'il en est qui accumulent les bénéfices et d'autres les pertes. L'étude de ce problème par les spécialistes des sciences de la gestion a fait en vingt ans de recherche des progrès significatifs.
