Abstract

En la estrategia de desarollo algerino, la prioridad ha sido la industria pesada ; el objetivo era crear un sistema productivo nacional integrado. A finales de los anos 80, la deuda externa se convirtio en una de las principales preocupaciones del gobierno, que le llevo a emprender reformas. Estimulado por la floreciente situacion financiera de 2006, el gobierno aprovecha el mana petrolero para proseguir con el reembolso de la deuda externa.
