Abstract

La première rencontre régionale " Affaires, Entreprises et Francophonie " s'est tenue les 25 et 26 novembre 1994 au Palais de la Réunification à Ho Chi Minh Ville. Elle était organisée par l'Agence francophone pour l'enseignement supérieur et la recherche (devenue depuis l'Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie) et a regroupé plus de 400 participants, entrepreneurs, politiques, scientifiques et universitaires. Quatre thématiques ont été abordées : l'entreprise francophone ; Réalité et présence de la francophonie ; La Francophonie, atout ou handicap économique et Promouvoir la Francophonie économique. Une Charte de l'entreprise francophone a été établie pour définir les engagements des entreprises dans la promotion de la Francophonie économique. Cet ouvrage qui présente les interventions et les réflexions des chefs d'entreprises et des politiques est une contribution majeure à la définition d'une Francophonie concrète, vivante, utile, perçue comme un projet global.
