Abstract

L'économie mondiale est marquée par une crise sanitaire sans précédent liée au virus de la COVID-19. Près de 1 461 5711 personnes ont perdu la vie et environ 62 862 137 cas sont déclarés dans le monde, parmi lesquels on recense près de 2 163 290 cas aux États Unis, 2 370 724 cas en Europe et près de 245 544 cas en Afrique. Malgré la faiblesse de la propagation du virus sur le continent africain, les autorités publiques doivent plus que jamais faire preuve de prudence, car en cas de montée exponentielle de l'épidémie, ces dernières ne sauraient gérer une crise sanitaire de cette ampleur (tant sur le plan social qu'économique).
