Abstract

La ruche qui dit oui ! et Processus sont deux entreprises innovantes initiées par des jeunes entrepreneurs qui présentent une nouvelle génération de modèles économiques dans lesquels la place du numérique, le croisement des secteurs professionnels et le décloisonnement des spécialisations ouvrent des perspectives inédites de production de valeur. Ce cas retrace l'histoire de deux aventures entrepreneuriales qui se sont développées chemin faisant, par la mobilisation de ressources issues d'observations de terrain et de l'expérience des entrepreneurs. Ce cas a pour objet l'étude de la conception et de l'utilisation de Business Model. Il repose sur l'usage de pédagogies actives qui reposent sur l'utilisation de vidéos réalisées dans chacune des deux entreprises. Le travail d'équipe est priorisé.
