Abstract

L'histoire relatée dans ce cas est celle d'une aventure entrepreneuriale. Elle s'est cependant soldée par un échec malgré les compétences avérées du porteur de projet, la réalisation d'un business plan initial et un réseau ad hoc de conseils dans l'activité. Bâti sur une alternance entre mise en action et récit imagé de l'expérience vécue par l'entrepreneur lui-même, ce cas a pour but d'initier les étudiants à la compréhension du business plan et ses écueils. L'objectif est de montrer que pour que le business plan se rapproche au mieux de la réalité, il doit être utilisé comme un outil dynamique et réflexif entre le créateur/dirigeant d'entreprise, l'entreprise et son environnement. Dans cette approche, le business plan s'apparente à l'établi de l'entrepreneur-bricoleur qui combine et ajuste, en permanence, prévisions, improvisations et structuration ordonnée des informations afin de s'adapter à un environnement mouvant et un futur incertain.
