Abstract

L'un des sujets centraux de la Conférence des Nations unies sur le développement durable (CNUDD), dite " Rio + 20 ", qui s'est tenue à Rio de Janeiro du 20 au 22 juin 2012 était celui de l'économie verte, pensée comme un outil de stimulation de la croissance économique et de création d'emploi. En outre, il y a été décidé la création d'un cadre décennal de programmation concernant les modes de consommation et de production durables, visant à penser la production au service de la consommation et non plus la consommation au service de la production. Il s'agissait donc de faire connaître la valeur des modes de consommation et de production durables pour les pays développés comme pour les pays en développement. Or dans ce cadre de mutation économique, la notion d'innovation est centrale.
