Abstract

Ce Manuel est utile aux dirigeants puisqu'il démystifie la gestion du développement durable, le tout dans une approche simple et progressive. Après avoir complété la grille d'autoévaluation proposée à l'annexe D de la norme BNQ 21000, l'entreprise est rapidement en mesure de mettre en relief ses forces et ses faiblesses, et ce, à travers les 21 enjeux du développement durable. Une fois ces forces et faiblesses identifiées, le dirigeant n'a qu'à consulter chacun des chapitres de ce livre afin de se doter d'une stratégie adaptée à ses besoins et à la situation particulière de son entreprise. En somme, ce livre vise à rendre le dirigeant le plus autonome possible face à l'évolution de la maturité de ses pratiques de gestion en termes de développement durable.
