Abstract

Cet article réunit un professionnel du secteur social (protection de l'enfance) et un formateur-tuteur (psychologue du travail et docteur en psychologie sociale). Ils ont la volonté de prendre du recul à partir de l'analyse d'une situation professionnelle et au regard de la question suivante : en quoi l'intégration d'un outil informatique peut être moteur de développement dans les pratiques professionnelles ? Il s'agit d'éclairer l'innovation dans le champ social en montrant en quoi l'introduction d'un outil de suivi nécessite la convergence des différents acteurs concernés vers l'outil, le passage par des questionnements des contradictions possibles de l'outil et l'intérêt de l'accompagnement de l'évolution professionnelle de certains acteurs. L'outil informatique serait alors un objet-frontière entre différentes communautés. Enfin, il sera évoqué l'idée de création de communautés de pratiques.
