Abstract

Face à l'incertitude, les organisations se fixent des objectifs d'évolution. Elles cherchent à les atteindre par le déploiement de modèles visant à mobiliser le jeu des acteurs vers un objectif prédéfini. Notre communication propose un changement de lunettes , en proposant de substituer au terme d'acteur celui de contributeur, co-constructeur de son nouveau rôle.
