Abstract

Cette communication analyse l'insertion professionnelle des docteurs en sciences de gestion en France, dans un contexte marqué par l'articulation de normes nationales et internationales. En mobilisant le concept de script - compris comme une combinaison de normes, de pratiques et de représentations orientant les parcours jugés légitimes - nous identifions des modèles dominants et émergents d'accès à la carrière académique. L'étude s'appuie sur une base de données quantitative construite à partir de l'Observatoire des thèses de la FNEGE, enrichie par une collecte manuelle de données en ligne. Les résultats, illustrés par des personas élaborés par les auteurs, mettent en évidence quatre scripts d'insertion : (1) globalisé patient, (2) mobilitaire, (3) public traditionnel et (4) public mondialisé. Ils soulignent également la recomposition progressive du marché académique français sous l'effet de l'hybridation croissante de ces scripts, révélatrice d'une transformation plus large du paysage de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche en gestion.
