Abstract

Un nombre grandissant d'actifs effectuent de courtes distances ou de longs trajets travail/domicile dans la journée : les «< navetteurs ». Si les littératures en géographie ou transports se sont penchées sur ce phénomène, les aspects liés à l'impact, sur la consommation, de la mobilité et du temps alloué à cette forme de transport sont encore négligés en comportement du consommateur et marketing. Pourtant, parties prenantes d'un phénomène qui perdure et s'accompagne d'un essor commercial des gares métropolitaines françaises, les navetteurs présentent des particularités en termes de pratiques de consommation, dont l'étude offrirait une perspective renouvelée sur l'interaction entre temps, mobilité et consommation, que cette recherche en cours propose d'étudier. Des contributions théoriques et managériales sont attendues sur les thématiques du temps, de la mobilité et de la consommation, ainsi qu'en termes de développement commercial (transports, gares) et d'offres spécifiques à ces consommateurs toujours par monts et par vaux.
