Abstract

This article presents a documentary research on the phenomenon of spirituality at work. After a presentation of the issues linked to the taking into account of this phenomenon by organizations, our literature review addresses spirituality at work through four questions intended to fuel reflection on this subject: How spirituality could contribute to well-being at work? What is the movement for spirituality at work? How to empirically approach a subject of research as sensitive as spirituality at work? What are the spiritual needs to be met at work?
