Abstract

La montée de formes d'emploi hybrides entre salariat et entrepreneuriat s'accompagne d'une difficile construction de soi et de l'identité professionnelle pour ces nouveaux travailleurs par missions. Nous nous demandons : Comment les salariés en portage salarial parviennent à tracer une unité à partir de leur parcours parfois fragmentés, dans une situation hybride, dans la perte des repères et frontières ? Quel travail identitaire font-ils ? Quelles angoisses et questionnements identitaires traversent-ils ? En nous appuyant sur quatre approches de la construction de soi : La construction de soi comme identité narrative (Ricoeur); en référence à l'adresse des autres et aux normes (Butler); comme individuation (Stiegler); comme appartenance à un nous (Dubar), nous suivons es contradictions, paradoxes et difficultés des salariés hybrides, au niveau d'abord individuel puis en nous inquiétant des conséquences sur la société.
