Abstract

La recherche sur les écosystèmes d'affaires s'est considérablement développée ces dernières années, principalement dans le champ de la stratégie et de l'innovation (Gueguen, 2010). Les premiers travaux sur les écosystèmes d'affaires ont largement exploré l'analogie biologique - sans nécessairement la questionner (Parisot, 2013) - afin de mieux comprendre leur fonctionnement, le rôle des différents acteurs dans le processus de création de valeur. Ces travaux ont également largement souligné l'importance des TIC dans la coordination des acteurs - notamment les complémenteurs indépendants - enrôlés dans ces structures collaboratives (Iansiti & Levien, 2004; Isckia, 2009).
