Abstract

This article successively analyzes : 1) the supremacy of the U.S. high finance, starting from its controversial origins in the United States itself, then abroad, to the present time (1st part) ; 2) the various aspects of the high finance's recent crisis, by interpreting the causes and the effects (2nd part) ; and 3) the requirement to evolve from false anti-crisis orthodox policies to real solutions of which the terms of counterpowers and controls need to be clearly defined. This will lead to global proposals able to achieve a more balanced and multipolar world.
